Time and Motion Studies

Forme is regularly engaged by some of New Zealand’s leading forest companies to review current harvest operations using robust time and motion study methodology. The productivity analysis looks at all aspects of the harvesting operation including felling, extraction and processing to identify production inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
